After School @ the Library

Join our after school program and become a food scientist! There will be a different experiment every week. The program lasts five weeks with a new lesson every week. We will have crafts, games, and snacks!

After School @ the Library is on Mondays 4:00 - 5:00 PM. October 7th, 14th, 28th, and November 4th.

Dial-a-Story

This week on Dial-a-Story, I am reading Kids Pick the Funniest Poems by Stephen Carpenter. The poem selected was "A Snake Named Rover" by Maxine Jeffris. 

The story on Dial-a-Story will be changed every Monday. To hear the story, please call 765-564-2929 and press 3.

Monday, September 23rd at 6-7 PM, the Lafayette Symphony Orchestra will be in town at the library for a cushion concert and there will be a harp player! The program is geared for elementary aged children but you can bring your whole family. No registration is required just show up and enjoy the show!

First Week of Story Times

This was the first week for Story Times! Thank you to all who came to the programs. We will be having story times every week until November 21st.

Family Story Hour (all ages): Tuesdays 7-7:30 PM

Baby Lap-Sit (3mo.-2yrs.): Thursdays 9:30-10 AM

Toddler Hour (2-4 yrs.): Thursdays 10-11 AM

Preschool Hour (4-6yrs.) 11:30-12:15 PM

Northwest Carroll Branch (all ages): Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 AM
